Ordering

The following General Terms and Conditions concerning sale of products at en.happy-spaces.com

The webstore is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

We process orders from 9am to 5pm GMT+2, Monday to Friday (excluding Ukraine bank and public holidays). Our customer support will contact you if we'll have additional questions to clarify.
 
Ordering
1. To order a product simply click on “Add to cart” button. In your cart on the right top corner you can see number of products in a cart and list of chosen products below. You can continue shopping by click on a main menu - Shop by type or Shop by collections. Or proceed to payment by click on "Check out".

2. Continue through the checkout process, and fill in your details: e-mail, name, shipping address etc. On this stage you can chose if you'd like to be up to date on news and exclusive offers.

3. You can check the products and total amount including shipping on a right side of a screen.

4. Click “Continue to shipping method” once you have filled in all the information.

5. Check if you shipping address is correct, choose you shipping method and check your list of products in a cart. Then proceed by clicking “Continue to payment method”.

6. When you have entered your credit card information or your PayPal account details, confirmed your billing address and clicked on the “Pay now” button, your order is completed. On this stage you can save your information for a faster checkout nex time.

7. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount of the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies.

8. If your credit card is not authorized or we have any issues with acceptance of your order, your order will not be processed further and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.

9. Directly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Secure payment

We accept: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Maestro and PayPal payments.
No credit card fees are charged by us.

Payment is processed via Shopify through Quick Pay, an approved and certified secure
payment solution.

Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide.

The shipping charge depends on your delivery region.

For European Union (EU), Northern, Central and South America it's 10€ and 15€ per large items (teepees, crib bumpers, play mats for teepees).

Western, Southern and Eastern Asia, Northern Africa it's 15€ and 20€ per large items (teepees, crib bumpers, play mats for teepees).

For Australia and New Zealand it's 30€ per item in a cart and 40€ per large items (teepees, crib bumpers, play mats for teepees).

For all orders with total amount over 100€ delivery costs are free (except canopies and velour floor mats).

If the items are in stock they are normally shipped within 1-2 days. We will contact you by e-mail with dispatched notification.

Please notice that delivery terms are different for different type of the products:

Regular delivery (orders below 100€
, canopies and velour floor pillows) - 2-4 weeks.

Express delivery (for orders over 100€
 except velour floor pillows) - 5-7 days around EU, 7-10 days to America and Asia and 10-14 days to Australia and New Zealand

If your chosen products are need to be made it will be dispatched within 3-4 days from Ukraine. We will contact you by e-mail to confirm terms of delivery.

Please, note that most of the goods will be dispatched from Ukraine. Happy spaces do not take responsibility for custom charges if any applicable. 

Cancellation

Cancelling an order is possible as long as the order has not been dispatched.

If you refuse to accept the package at the door or not pick up the delivery at post office for 14 days, the order will be send
back to us. After which we can offer a refund for you for amount of order except delivery cost or to resend your order if you'll be willing to pay delivery cost one more time. In case with free delivery you will be proposed to pay real amount of delivery cost.

Returns

We accept returns.

If for some reason the product did not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Please note that a refund is possible only if the product was not in use, all tags and packaging are saved.

Non-refundable:

- used products
- broken packaging, no tags
- damaged products (with signs of any mechanical damage. Please inspect the in the presence of the courier for damage. For any damage during transportation, the carrier company is responsible)
- individual orders which we manufacture regarding your wishes (changing the color of the material, changing layouts, manufacturing products according to customer models, etc.)

Refunds are issued once the returned goods have been received and checked. The refund will be made to the same payment method as you used for the purchase.
The return shipping cost must be paid by you.

Complaints

At Happy Spaces we do our very best to ensure that all products are of top quality and in perfect condition. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us immediately at info@happy-spaces.com. Please attach a picture.

You have a 24 months warranty, and you can either have a faulty product replaced or refunded. We pay the shipping costs associated with complaints.

Privacy Policy

In order to purchase products from en.happy-spaces.com we ask for the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address

We register your personal information with the objective to deliver the product to you.
E-mail addresses that we have received with your consent in order to send you our newsletter will be stored as
long as you either unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to remove you.
 
When personal information is gathered on our website, me make sure that it is done with your explicit consent.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
 
We use third party beacons (Google Analytics) from Google to help analyze where visitors go and what they do
while visiting our website. Happy Spaces works together with a few other companies that store data, such
as mailchimp, shopify, Quick Pay. Those companies use personal information only on our behalf and are not allowed to pass them on or use them for their own use.
 
Information submitted to Happy Spaces will not be passed on or sold to a third party and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

We use technologies such as cookie on our site to enhance your user experience and enable core functionality such as page navigation and access to secure areas. Cookies help us to know a little bit about how you use our website and this improves the browsing experience both, for you and others.
